Elektrische Newton's kleurenschijf

Om aan te tonen dat wit licht is samengesteld uit alle spectrale kleuren door de additieve maximering van de kleuren. Bestaande uit een veelkleurige ronde schijf met sectoren van verschillende spectrale kleuren in de juiste verhoudingen. Wanneer de elektrische Newton's kleurenschijf met voldoende snelheid wordt rondgedraaid, wordt waargenomen dat alle kleuren verdwijnen door samen te smelten tot een enkele witte kleur. De schijf heeft een wrijvingspoelie aan de achterkant die het aandrijfwiel aanraakt met een handvat. Complete montage gemonteerd op een stabiele basis.

The disc has a friction pulley at the back touching the driving wheel with a handle. Complete assembly mounted on a stable base.
